Tarin was excellent to work with! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and makes the entire process so easy. My husband and I flip houses and often have a tricky time acquiring loans since our DTI is constantly fluctuating when we are holding multiple properties. Not to mention we are business owners, which can complicate the borrowing process even more. Tarin took her time to sit with us and explain all of the different products she offers and really helped us understand what would work best for us. Loans that normally take 30-45 days to close, she got through underwriting in TWO WEEKS.
